Job summary

FCS Financial is seeking a Senior Vice President, Business Optimization to turn big ideas into meaningful results across the organization. You will connect strategy, people, priorities, and execution as part of the Senior Leadership Team, leading teams in project management, process improvement, training, and change management.

You’ll translate priorities into coordinated plans, build a culture of continuous improvement, and guide organization-wide change with clear communication and support.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, finance, or related field.
• Five+ years progressive operations leadership experience including project management, process improvement, or similar functions.
• Three+ years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate organizational priorities into coordinated plans, clear accountability, and measurable results.
• Lead a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
• Oversee training, operational readiness, and change management initiatives.
• Direct project management strategy and portfolio prioritization based on strategy and ROI.
• Develop and empower teams across PM, process improvement, and training functions.
