Job summary

The role coordinates with program management, project management, and business stakeholders to onboard new initiatives and maintain excellent customer experience.

You will be the business owner for assigned operations systems, ensuring policy alignment, risk considerations, and clear communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, operations management, information systems or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in a change management environment.
• Three to five years of experience in operations and analytical work.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements-gathering with program partners and stakeholders.
• Create and maintain product backlogs and write detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Enforce change management standards and document test plans for operations systems.
