Job summary

FCS Financial seeks a Senior Vice President, Business Optimization to turn strategy into action and build stronger ways of working. You will lead a team responsible for project management, continuous improvement, operational readiness and training, and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, finance or a related field.
• Five or more years of progressive operations leadership experience involving project management, process improvement, operational training, or similar functions.
• Three or more years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Turn strategy into execution by partnering with leaders to translate priorities into plans and measurable results.
• Lead a culture of continuous improvement and empower teams to solve problems sustainability.
• Drive change management, ensuring communication, training, tools, and support for new systems and processes.
• Provide clear prioritization and governance across the organization to align resources and initiatives.
• Develop and lead high-performing teams across project management, process improvement, and training.
• Foster cross-functional alignment and break down silos to ensure changes work in practice.
