Job summary

FCS Financial, a Missouri-based member-owned financial services cooperative, seeks a Senior Vice President, Business Optimization to turn strategy into action and lead lasting change.

You will unite strategy, people, and execution across the organization, guiding project management, continuous improvement, operational readiness, and training while building strong teams and sustainable processes in a hybrid work environment across Missouri.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, finance or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive operations leadership experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead process ownership and governance to establish standards, ownership, and KPIs.
• Direct the project management strategy and prioritize cross-functional initiatives.
• Oversee operational training and readiness for new processes and technologies.
• Drive change management across the organization with effective communication and adoption.
• Develop and mentor high-performing teams across PM, process improvement, and training.
• Ensure alignment of initiatives with strategic priorities and measurable outcomes.
