Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a Business Change Manager for the Federal Employee Program (FEP) to partner with leadership and drive strategic change across projects and programs. This role is in-office 1-2 days per week with hybrid flexibility.

The position focuses on identifying issues, designing processes, and delivering governance across business units, with SAFe/Agile delivery experience and strong communication.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field and at least 5 years of process or project experience.
• Experience with SAFe and Agile delivery preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Identifies potential issues, project scope, and charge.
• Leads efforts to identify best practices.
• Identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources required.
• Develops processes and systems that support business needs.
• Designs methods for integrating function and process.
• Builds support for business change throughout the business unit.
