Qualifications

BA/BS in a related field and at least 5 years of process or project-related experience.
Experience translating business objectives into actionable plans and governance.
Experience leading strategic business initiatives and cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

Identify issues, scope, and project charge with management.
Lead efforts to identify best practices and governance structures.
Identify impacted parties, partners, and resources needed.
Develop processes and systems to support business needs.
Design methods for integrating functions and processes; perform cost/benefit analysis.
Build support for business change across the unit.
