Deloitte France is seeking a Senior Consultant, Finance Strategy, Growth, and Transformation to help clients modernize finance functions and drive value across strategy, operating models, and technology.

You will work with finance and technology leaders to design and implement transformation roadmaps, ERP/EPM solutions, and AI-enabled tools while managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or consulting in finance strategy or transformation.
• Experience developing financial models or business cases.
• Experience with finance technology, ERP/EPM, finance data, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience supporting or managing transformation project workstreams with deliverables and timelines.
• Ability to travel 50% on average.

Aufgaben

• Assess finance capabilities, processes, and operating models to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop finance strategies, business cases, and transformation roadmaps.
• Evaluate finance technology solutions including ERP, EPM, cloud platforms, and AI-enabled tools.
• Analyze finance processes and cost drivers to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and shared services.
• Manage project workstreams and deliverables with client and Deloitte teams.
