Qualified Recruiter, LLC in Houston seeks a seasoned change management professional to lead organizational change for complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholder groups. You will deliver end-to-end change management plans, obtain certification (Prosci/ACMP/Kotter), and define and track adoption metrics such as OKRs and KPIs through executive engagement.

• Experience leading organizational change for complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience delivering end-to-end change management with plans from kickoff to close.
• Change management certification from accredited institution (Prosci/ACMP/Kotter).
• Defined, tracked, and delivered OKRs/KPIs or measurable adoption outcomes.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and executive stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and evolving program needs.
• Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Collaborative and team-oriented with cross-functional partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Professional experience, including leading organizational change efforts for complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholder groups

• Experience delivering end-to-end change management support, including developing and executing comprehensive change management plans from project kickoff through close
• Change management certification from an accredited institution (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, Kotter)
• Demonstrated accountability for defining, tracking, and delivering OKRs, KPIs, or other measurable adoption and business outcomes
• Strong facilitation, communication, and executive stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and evolving program needs
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where the path forward isn’t always clear
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Collaborative and team-oriented with the ability to partner effectively with project managers and cross-functional stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
