Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required with strong analytical skills.
• 5+ years of professional work experience in change management or transformation.
• Experience using internal comms tools and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate change initiatives across the organization to drive transformation.
• Develop change management strategies, impact assessments and readiness evaluations.
• Partner with project teams, People function and leadership to embed change activities.
• Support stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and user adoption.
• Monitor outcomes and adjust plans to maximize engagement and adoption.
• Coach senior leaders and managers as change sponsors and build a change agent network.
