Responsibilities

• Manage small or moderately complex transformation projects or workstreams to drive adoption.
• Apply structured change management methodologies to business initiatives.
• Collaborate with project teams to address organizational changes and strategic development.
• Coach project teams, support senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Support design, development, delivery and management of change communications.
• Conduct impact analyses, assess readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
• Identify risk mitigation tactics and resistance responses.
• Use storytelling to convey complex process improvements and data to diverse audiences.
• Oversee execution and upkeep of change management methodologies for marketing teams.
• Apply project management skills to manage change initiatives.
• Maintain and report KPIs/metrics for change initiatives.
