Job summary

Responsibilities

• Interview stakeholders with project teams to map improvements and drive changes.
• Lead one or more workstreams, influencing others and shaping culture.
• Collaborate to build hypotheses, analyses, and roadmaps while flagging risks.
• Analyze key processes to identify improvements and automation opportunities.
• Develop process maps, workflows, and documentation to support recommendations.
• Support testing and deployment of new process tools and technologies.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to achieve common goals and sustain Lean systems.
• Observe routines, assess adoption, and identify capability gaps for optimization.
• Apply continuous improvement methods to eliminate waste and standardize work.
• Translate findings into actionable roadmaps and change plans for executives.
