Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, internal consulting, strategy, transformation, or equivalent problem-solving environment.
• Proven ability to independently own and deliver a meaningful workstream or equivalent body of work.
• Strong problem-solving skills with hypothesis development and analytical prioritization.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management, influencing, and executive communication abilities.
• Experience using GenAI/LLM tools in professional problem solving and evaluating outputs.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more engagement workstreams from planning through execution with clarity, alignment, and accountability.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings into insights and recommendations for decision makers.
• Manage stakeholders and conduct senior stakeholder interviews to advance outcomes.
• Own the workstream storyline and develop executive-ready presentations.
• Identify opportunities to apply GenAI, automation, and analytics to improve processes and experiences.
