Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, MIS, or related field is required.
• Three (3) years of experience in change management, product management, project management, or related field.
• Alternatively, a High School Diploma or GED with seven (7) years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to design and recommendations for strategies to manage the people side of large-scale change.
• Leads teams across the business segment in developing plans for people-side transformations and drives actionable solutions.
• Assists with change impact and readiness assessments aligned with technical leadership.
