Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking a Change Management professional to support transformation initiatives. You will implement and monitor change management plans, transfer ownership to business owners, and foster adoption across internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include leading workshops, guiding teams through transitions, and delivering targeted training to ensure successful uptake of new processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, IT, or related field.
• Certification in Change management (Prosci or APMG) is highly desirable.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) is highly desirable.
• 3+ years implementing enterprise/system change management for complex programs; 5+ years in PM roles.
• Healthcare change management experience preferred.
• Experience in highly matrixed organizations and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement change management plans and timelines aligned with transformation goals.
• Lead workshops and meetings to communicate change strategies and progress to stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and hands-on support to teams to adopt change effectively.
• Develop and deliver change-related training programs for stakeholders.
• Monitor adoption, measure outcomes, and refine tools and processes.
