Job summary

BBSI is looking for a Business Partner to lead a multi-million dollar client unit and drive growth for small to mid-size businesses. You will educate and influence owners, coordinate a team of subject-matter experts, and partner across internal departments to deliver strategic, revenue-enhancing solutions.

The role requires significant P&L ownership, deep business acumen, and a proven track record in transforming organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• At least 10 years of related business experience.
• P&L ownership and accountability experience.
• Exceptional communication, coaching, and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-million dollar business unit delivering high-impact solutions.
• Educate, advise, and influence client owners on growth strategies.
• Collaborate with SMEs and internal teams to accelerate client growth.
• Report to Area Manager and drive revenue and profit improvements.
