The ideal candidate will drive change readiness, communications, and adoption across programs, building scalable templates and coordinating with PMs and leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of organizational change management experience.
• Strong hands-on OCM delivery experience—personally creating artifacts, communications, engagement plans, and routines.
• Experience supporting significant technology/business transformation.
• Excellent writing, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on change management delivery.
• Lead stakeholder and change-impact analysis.
• Conduct lightweight readiness/risk assessments.
• Build communications strategies and calendars.
• Draft internal communications—emails, FAQs, talking points, "what changes for me" materials.
