Insight’s Change Management team seeks a Senior OCM Consultant to drive AI-enabled work transformations for Fortune 25/100 clients. You will bridge OCM delivery with advanced AI strategy, shaping how organizations adopt AI into daily workflows.

The role emphasizes strategy, scalable methodologies, and governance, with travel up to 30%. A strong background in AI, leadership, and enterprise stakeholder communication is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business or CS/IT.
MBA or related advanced degree preferred for strategic leadership roles.
Experience delivering Organizational Change Management in tech consulting.
Proven ability to lead AI-driven change initiatives with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead AI strategy and transformation workstreams for large global clients.
Architect AI service offerings and SOPs for change programs.
Drive presales and GTM activities with compelling AI demos.
Develop methodologies to train OCM teams on AI integration.
Lead R&D to stay ahead in generative AI and enterprise workflows.
Maintain 60% billable Utilization while growing AI services revenue.
