Qualifications

• 7+ years of organizational change management experience across enterprise initiatives.
• Structured change management principles applied across full project lifecycle.
• ERP or large-scale technology transformation experience preferred (Oracle/JD Edwards/NetSuite a plus).
• Change management certification (Prosci/CCMP) preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead end-to-end OCM delivery aligning change approach with project objectives, milestones, and risks.
• Conduct readiness, stakeholder, and change impact assessments; translate findings into targeted actions.
• Develop and execute integrated OCM strategies across communications, stakeholder engagement, sponsorship, training, readiness, adoption, and sustainment.
• Partner with executive sponsors and leaders to build alignment and enable active leadership throughout the change.
• Design and activate change networks to extend engagement and local support.
• Develop audience-specific communications and engagement activities to build awareness and commitment.
• Lead training needs analysis and learning strategy development including role-based plans and curricula.
• Establish readiness measures, analyze feedback, and recommend actions to improve outcomes.
• Facilitate executive interviews, workshops, focus groups, and client sessions with credibility.
• Collaborate with project managers, consultants, technical teams, and client resources to integrate OCM activities.
• Identify people-related risks and mitigation strategies; communicate recommendations to leadership.
• Support AI adoption readiness and capability building within Terillium’s OCM delivery.
• Produce high-quality client deliverables and clearly communicate insights and decisions to stakeholders.
