Job summary

Citi’s Sales Enablement team is seeking a Change Management Lead who translates strategic transformation initiatives into structured, sequenced, and measurable change programs that accelerate advisor productivity and client outcomes.

In this role you will coordinate field-facing change communications, governance, and enablement activities across North America, partnering with Technology, Product, and Business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Six to ten years of experience in financial services with a track record of delivering complex change and strategy initiatives.
• Change management or strategy consulting background, structuring ambiguous problems and leading end-to-end initiatives.
• Strong analytical and quantitative capability, including financial modelling and interpreting financial statements.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence senior executives.
• Collaborative across organizational boundaries with leadership presence to earn trust from senior leaders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools for content management and executive communications.
• Direct experience designing field enablement or advisor productivity programs in wealth management or retail banking.
• Familiarity with change governance frameworks and change advisory board operations.
• Experience building adoption dashboards and usage analytics for large distributed populations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Change Management Council operations, facilitating meetings and documenting decisions.
• Maintain a centralized change calendar coordinating changes across platform, process, policy, and campaigns.
• Design and execute end-to-end change strategies from readiness assessments to adoption tracking.
• Assess change impact and advisor capacity, prioritizing sequencing for senior stakeholders.
• Define and enforce approval processes for initiatives, acting as gatekeeper for coordinated delivery.
• Develop tailored communication plans and enablement programs with training materials.
• Track change effectiveness with dashboards and analytics for executive decision-making.
• Build and maintain SharePoint sites for stakeholders across the organization.
• Coordinate team workflows using Teams, Lists, and Planner to keep programs on track.
• Produce executive-ready materials translating data into clear narratives.
