Job summary

AXA XL in the United States is seeking a Change Management professional to lead end-to-end change initiatives within the CFO function, guiding sponsors, stakeholders and business SMEs through impact assessments, readiness and adoption, and embedding new ways of working.

You will partner with the CFO Transformation Office and Technology & AI teams to ensure change strategies align with business objectives and that transitions are smooth across global finance operations in Stamford and surrounding

Qualifications

• Experience in global, cross-functional change management initiatives.
• Proven ability to apply structured change methodologies end-to-end.
• Strong communication, empathy and stakeholder trust in diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change management efforts using structured approaches.
• Facilitate change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses and risk assessments.
• Define and execute change management strategies and plans.
• Assess readiness and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Engage CFO leaders and people managers to support transitions.
• Monitor adoption and embed new ways of working into operations.
• Collaborate with CFO Transformation Office and Technology & AI teams.
