Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers seeks a Senior Change Management Specialist to drive the people side of large-scale digital transformations in a dynamic retail environment. You will bridge execution gaps between technology implementation and organizational capability, applying the Prosci ADKAR model to maximize employee adoption and sustainment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 3+ years experience creating change management deliverables for successful program adoption.
• 2+ years experience creating training and communication deliverables.
• 2+ years project management experience.
• Experience with Prosci ADKAR Model is required.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Planning: Oversee complex transition plans for multi-year projects.
• Impact and Readiness Assessment: Analyze how new workflows affect daily routines.
• Deliverable Design: Create Change Impact Repositories, Resistance Management Plans, Transformation Roadmaps.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Liaise between executives, HQ, vendors and store groups to align with Les Schwab culture.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop digital learning, webinars, and video tutorials.
• Governance and Feedback: Facilitate Test and Learn, collect user feedback, and refine rollout strategies.
• Monitoring and KPI Tracking: Define KPIs beyond training completion, focusing on adoption and time-to-adoption.
• Saturation Management and Sponsor Coaching:Identify change fatigue and prepare Sponsor Roadmaps.
