Job summary

TVH Parts Co is seeking a Global Change Management Expert to guide our teams through transformative initiatives. You will lead the people side of change across enterprise-wide digital transformations, applying the ADKAR framework and developing communications, sponsorship, and resistance plans.

You will engage stakeholders at all levels, coach leaders through digital transitions, and design training programs while monitoring adoption metrics to ensure long-term success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading end-to-end change management and transformation projects.
• Master’s degree with ability to grasp complex concepts quickly.
• Expertise in ADKAR and change management best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute end-to-end change management strategy across enterprise transformations (TVH Transformation/Innovatis).
• Lead stakeholder engagement and coach leaders through digital transitions.
• Design internal communications and coordinate training during rollouts.
• Monitor adoption metrics and perform root-cause analysis to sustain change.
