Job summary

UKG, the Workforce Operating Platform, is seeking a Strategy Lead to partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to shape UKG’s future direction. You will lead structured conversations, develop rigorous analyses, and own analytical workstreams end-to-end.

The role emphasizes financial modeling, scenario analysis, and clear executive-level presentations. You will translate market insights into strategic implications and guide decisions with confidence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant work experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or similar roles.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with financial models for strategic decisions.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate analysis into clear insights.
• Experience developing executive-level materials and communicating complex analyses clearly.
• Comfort leading discussions with VP-level stakeholders in a structured, fact-based manner.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate strategy initiatives across growth, portfolio prioritization, investment decisions, and value creation.
• Develop executive-level presentation materials with strategic framing and financial insight.
• Lead quantitative analysis including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case development.
• Conduct market, competitive, and customer analysis and translate findings into strategic implications.
• Structure complex problems and develop fact-based perspectives for executive discussions.
• Lead workstreams with cross-functional partners and VP-level stakeholders to clarify objectives.
• Own analytical workstreams end-to-end, including defining approach and timelines.
• Present analysis, tradeoffs, and implications clearly to stakeholders.
