The role focuses on end-to-end efficiency, data-driven decision making, and implementing future-state processes that elevate client and internal experiences.

You will own roadmaps for process, reporting, and technology, partnering with business units to align priorities and deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field with multiple years in consulting, process improvement, operations, or financial analysis.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment.
• Proven ability to build business cases and conduct cost-benefit analyses for executive decision-making.
• Strong data analysis and process-mapping skills, including data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Map current-end-to-end business processes across affected teams and identify friction points.
• Lead data-driven analyses to confirm gaps and prioritize improvements.
• Design future-state processes and track progress after deployment.
• Develop business cases with cost-benefit analyses and resource estimates.
• Coordinate with finance and analytics to validate assumptions and drive adoption.
