Acosta Services, Inc in Lewisville, TX is seeking a Senior Manager, Change Management to lead holistic change enablement for large-scale initiatives. You will design strategies that drive adoption and sustained change across people, process, and technology transformations.

The role partners with Transformation leaders and senior business stakeholders to assess impacts, manage resistance, and ensure successful delivery of enterprise programs.

Formación

• 7 to 10 years of change enablement or transformation experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise initiatives.
• Ability to influence leaders and manage cross-functional programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the change enablement strategy and execution for enterprise initiatives.
• Translate business and tech changes into people, process, and behavior impacts.
• Partner with senior leaders to align sponsorship and accountability.
• Assess readiness, manage resistance, and drive adoption and value realization.
• Develop communications and enablement materials with training teams.
• Define metrics and track change effectiveness for continuous improvement.
