Qualifications

• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise initiatives.
• Ability to influence leaders and manage cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the change enablement strategy and execution for enterprise initiatives.
• Translate business and tech changes into people, process, and behavior impacts.
• Partner with senior leaders to align sponsorship and accountability.
• Assess readiness, manage resistance, and drive adoption and value realization.
• Develop communications and enablement materials with training teams.
• Define metrics and track change effectiveness for continuous improvement.
