Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement to partner with senior leaders, drive Lean initiatives, and optimize processes across the organization. The role involves managing a team of improvement professionals and shaping strategy through Hoshin Kanri and KPI-driven delivery.

The position is remote with up to 75% travel, requiring extensive cross-functional collaboration and leadership to deliver measurable performance improvements and better quality products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Industrial/Manufacturing/Process engineering or related field preferred.
• 15–20 years of relevant experience required.
• 10+ years in Continuous Improvement / Lean / Six Sigma role required.
• Minimum of 4 years in a technical leadership role with strong management skills.
• Lean, Six Sigma Black Belt certification desired.
• Experience implementing continuous improvements and improvement systems.
• Ability to influence others through leadership and hands-on Lean demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the Hoshin Kanri strategic planning and alignment process; develop A3 charters to enact initiatives.
• Lead Value Stream Mapping to identify major reorganization of business, logistics and manufacturing processes; oversee future state VSM plans.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of continuous improvement professionals.
• Serve as a Lean Trainer in Hubbell Manufacturing System and Lean Certification programs.
• Oversee analysis of existing processes to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Lead change management to ensure adoption and integration of improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior executives to secure resources for projects.
• Introduce and sustain HMS Performance Management program with tiered Gemba walks and problem solving.
