Job summary
Howden North America is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders across our New York operations. You will align people strategies with business goals to drive performance, talent development and employee engagement.
This role partners with executive leadership, compensation, Talent Acquisition and Compliance to deliver proactive HR guidance, manage workforce planning, design organizational structures, and coach leaders through change
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive human resources experience.
- 3+ years in an HR Business Partner or related strategic HR role.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent coaching, consulting, and relationship management skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on people-related matters.
- Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
- Manage performance management, talent development, and engagement initiatives.
- Conduct workplace investigations and address employee relations matters.
- Partner with compensation and benefits on reviews and market benchmarking.
