Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Transformation Director to lead end-to-end transformation initiatives across Testing Services, M&O, and DDI programs. You will shape strategy, governance, and roadmaps, partnering with delivery teams to deliver measurable improvements in quality, efficiency, and delivery performance.

In this senior, remote role you will drive change, define RACI, monitor adoption, and report progress to executives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in testing, quality engineering, and technology delivery with leadership of large transformation programs.
• Experience governing enterprise transformation strategy and roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of STLC, process definitions, automation, ALM tools, and operating model transformation.
• Experience working in multi-vendor environments with clearly defined RACI-based delivery models.
• Demonstrated leadership in driving change management and continuous improvement.
• Healthcare/Medicaid program experience is preferred.
• Ability to define transformation priorities and governance structures.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise transformation strategy, roadmap, milestones, and success criteria across Testing Services.
• Drive hands-on delivery experience in transformation implementations.
• Define and implement transformation communication and change adoption strategies.
• Establish transformation success metrics and governance across delivery teams and partners.
• Provide executive updates on transformation progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Ensure alignment of transformation activities with approved plans, timelines, and quality standards.
