Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement to lead transformation, guide Lean initiatives, and optimize processes across the organization. This remote role oversees a team of improvement professionals, partners with senior executives, and drives change through Hoshin Kanri planning, VSM, and performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 15–20 years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years in Continuous Improvement / Lean / Six Sigma.
• 4+ years in technical leadership role with strong management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean initiatives and optimize processes across the organization.
• Direct a team of continuous improvement professionals and mentor staff.
• Facilitate Hoshin Kanri (Policy Deployment) planning and execution.
• Lead change management to ensure adoption of improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior executives to secure resources.
