Job summary

Our client seeks a Sr. Manager Strategic Communications to shape and deliver high-impact messaging across a global manufacturing environment, aligning executive communications with priority initiatives and strengthening employee engagement.

The role provides trusted counsel during transformation and change, and helps protect the organization’s reputation through thoughtful crisis communications and site-level support. Location: Remote – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, journalism, or public relations preferred.
• 8+ years of communications experience, particularly with executive leadership.
• Global communications experience in a B2B multinational context.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for distilling complex information.
• Proven ability to use digital/social media effectively for stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Establish a messaging framework that aligns with the General Manager’s voice and business priorities
• Build and execute strategic communications plans for diverse audiences
• Lead executive communications to enhance visibility and engagement
• Provide strategic counsel to leadership on transformation and alignment
• Develop communications for large-scale change initiatives
• Support communications at key manufacturing sites and strengthen employee experience
• Manage crisis communications to protect the business’s reputation
