Volvo Construction Equipment in North America seeks a Strategic Communications Lead to align regional initiatives with global goals, shaping messaging for leaders and employees, and guiding change across the region.

You will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into clear communications, drive employee engagement, and strengthen leadership communications through coaching and tools.

Competenze

• Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Journalism, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 8+ years of internal, corporate, employee, change, or strategic communications experience.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and supporting leadership communications.
• Experience developing strategies that support business priorities and organizational change.
• Cross-functional collaboration across regions and functions.
