• Comparable backgrounds: Change Management, communications, PR, program management, or executive coaching.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal clients across business units to plan for upcoming change (people, process, system, behavior, or culture).
• Develop and drive Change Management plans, artifacts, communications, and deliverables.
• Facilitate meetings, drive action items, and share screen with attendees.
