You will build change plans, artifacts, and communications with internal clients and senior leaders to drive successful transformations.

The role requires 3–5 years of change management and strong communication skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Associates or higher degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required, Bachelor's preferred with 3-5 years in Organizational Change Management or related fields.
• Master’s degree with 2-3 years of experience.
• Comparable backgrounds: Change Management consultant, communications specialist, PR, PM, or executive coach.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal clients to plan for upcoming change (people, process, system, behavior, culture).
• Develop and drive Change Management plans, including artifacts and communications.
• Facilitate meetings and drive action items while sharing screen.
• Influence and guide change adoption with senior leadership.
• Design materials in MS PowerPoint for change rollouts.
• Coordinate activities and timelines for consistent implementation.
• Measure change adoption via surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
