Diversified Services Network, Inc. is seeking a Change Management & Communications Specialist to join our Mossville, IL team. This full-time role focuses on guiding change across projects, developing plans and communications, and partnering with internal clients to enable successful adoption.

Strong MS Office skills, change management knowledge, and the ability to influence without direct authority are essential. Experience in communications or program management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; Bachelor's preferred with 3–5 years in organizational change management, transformation leadership, or strategic communications.
• Master's degree with 2–3 years of relevant experience also qualifies.
• Comparable backgrounds include change management consultant, communications specialist, or program manager.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal clients to understand upcoming change across people, process, system, behavior, or culture.
• Develop and drive Change Management plans and all communications artifacts.
• Facilitate meetings and drive action items while sharing screen with attendees.
