Diversified Services Network, Inc. is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to join our Mossville operations. The role partners with technical leads, maintains MS Project plans, and drives action items to completion in a client-facing capacity.

Strong communication, EI, and conflict-resolution skills are essential. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Admin with 2–4 years of relevant experience; PMI/PMP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with 2–4 years of experience.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Project Coordinator, partnering with technical leads on assigned projects.
• Maintain and update Microsoft Project plans, incorporating changes and analyzing week-over-week variances and critical path impacts.
• Coordinate meetings, gather tasks from team members, and drive action items to completion.
• Translate complex information into clear, actionable steps for the team.
• Apply strong analytical thinking to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Client-facing position, working closely with internal stakeholders across the organization.
