Job summary

Guidehouse Health is seeking a Strategic Change Communications Consultant to help federal agencies transform care delivery, technology, and operations. You will design multi-channel communications and work with executives, program leadership, and technical teams to align messaging with milestones.

This role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, adoption, and measurable readiness, with focus on workforce transformation and successful implementation of modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree; four (4) years of additional professional experience in lieu of Bachelor's
• Three or more years of experience in strategic communications, organizational change management, public affairs, or related fields
• Experience supporting modernization, digital transformation, technology implementation, or large-scale programs
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Ability to translate complex technical, operational, and organizational changes into clear communications for diverse audiences
• Experience developing executive communications and advising leadership on transformation strategies

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated change communication strategies to support modernization and technology implementation
• Design messaging and channels to increase stakeholder readiness and user adoption
• Partner with change management, training, technical, and business teams to align communications with milestones
• Develop executive-level products including leadership messages, talking points, presentations, and toolkit materials
• Create communications across newsletters, readiness materials, FAQs, intranet content, and adoption campaigns
• Support stakeholder engagement planning, readiness discussions, and feedback-driven improvements
• Track communication deliverables and adoption metrics for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with executives, program leadership, trainers, and cross-functional teams
