Job summary

Jade Global, Inc. is seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to lead end-to-end change initiatives for complex client transformations in the Americas. You will design strategies, manage stakeholders, and drive adoption across multi-functional teams.

This role partners with business leaders to ensure alignment with project timelines, defines success metrics, delivers training, and builds change networks to sustain benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, HR, or related field.
• 5+ years of change management experience in large-scale transformations.
• Proven track record in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Certifications in Prosci, CMI, or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in consulting or CRM/IT transformation projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end change management strategies and plans for client projects.
• Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations across stakeholder groups.
• Create change roadmaps aligned with timelines and objectives; define success metrics.
• Design and implement targeted stakeholder communication and engagement plans.
• Partner with training teams to develop role-based training and adoption strategies.
• Identify resistance sources and build change champion networks to enable adoption.
• Track adoption, satisfaction, and usage metrics; drive continuous improvement.
