Job summary

Jade Global is seeking a Principal Consultant – ERP Domain (Senior) to lead AI-embedded ERP transformation initiatives for multi-industry clients. You will partner with C-level executives to shape roadmaps, build business cases, and guide ERP-driven change across finance, supply chain, HR, procurement, and manufacturing domains.

You will mentor teams, develop strategic roadmaps, and collaborate with ERP service lines to ensure value realization and client growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
• 15+ years of management consulting, enterprise transformation, or technology advisory experience.
• Extensive experience leading ERP transformation initiatives across ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, or CX.
• Demonstrated success advising C-level executives on enterprise strategy and digital transformation.
• Strong expertise in business process transformation, operating model design, and organizational change.
• Experience developing executive business cases, transformation roadmaps, and value realization plans.
• Exceptional executive communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to influence executive decision-making and lead complex consulting engagements.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-embedded transformation initiatives across ERP domains to deliver measurable ROI.
• Serve as trusted advisor to C-suite and senior leaders; run executive workshops and strategy sessions.
• Design future-state operating models and value realization plans.
• Translate strategy into ERP-enabled implementation with delivery teams.
• Expand client relationships and drive proposals, executive presentations, and strategic pursuits.
