Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Change Management Specialist to support organizational readiness and adoption of modernized processes. You will conduct impact assessments, develop stakeholder engagement strategies, and create training materials while coordinating with client teams in Washington, DC and Tyson's Corner, VA.

The role requires US citizenship, the ability to obtain a Public Trust, and five years of change management experience. This is a hybrid role with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen due to nature of client engagements.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust prior to onboarding.
• Five years of organizational change management experience.
• Experience supporting modernization or transformation initiatives.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience developing training and stakeholder engagement materials.
• Work from client office in Washington, DC and Guidehouse office in Tyson's Corner, VA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct change impact assessments for business and technology transformations.
• Develop stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.
• Create adoption plans, training materials, and readiness assessments.
• Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and stakeholder meetings.
• Measure adoption effectiveness and identify change risks.
• Support leadership communications and executive briefings.
• Develop change metrics and readiness indicators.
• Gather stakeholder feedback and recommend adoption improvements.
• Assist with implementation planning and transition activities.
