Superior Rigging And Erecting is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to guide the organization through its next growth phase. You will partner with the CEO, President, Board, and executive team to drive financial strategy, planning, and performance across projects, labor, equipment, and capital investments.

We value deep experience in construction or heavy-industry environments, with proven ability to connect financial data to project profitability, cash flow, and enterprise value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• CPA preferred; MBA/CMA valued.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior financial advisor to CEO, President, and Board.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
