Superior Rigging & Erecting, a long-standing crane, rigging, and heavy transportation contractor, is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to guide the company’s next growth phase. The CFO will partner with the CEO, President, and Board to align financial strategy with operational performance across projects, labor, equipment, and backlog.

Applicants should bring strong construction accounting experience, WIP and job costing expertise, and a track record of building Finance

• Seasoned CFO with leadership experience in multi-site operations.
• Strong background in construction accounting, WIP, and job costing.
• Proven ability to guide finance teams and influence strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior financial advisor to the CEO, President, Board, and leadership.
• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Provide executive oversight of financial controls, treasury, and capital planning.
