Job summary

Superior Rigging & Erecting seeks an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to guide the company’s next growth phase. You will partner with the CEO and Board to shape financial strategy, manage WIP and job costing, and drive profitability across projects and operations.

The role requires deep experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and capital planning, with a track record of building high-performance finance teams and influencing executive decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• 5+ years as a CFO, Divisional CFO, Vice President of Finance, or comparable senior financial executive.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Provide executive oversight of construction accounting, WIP, job costing, cost-to-complete forecasting, and revenue recognition.
• Partner with Operations and Project Management to understand project profitability and financial risk.
• Lead cash-flow forecasting, treasury, working-capital management, and banking relationships.
• Build and develop a high-performing Finance and Accounting organization.
• Ensure strong financial controls, reporting, data integrity, and compliance with GAAP.
