This executive role is hands-on, partnering with operations and leadership to deliver strong financial visibility across projects and customers.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Senior financial leadership in an operating company.
• Experience with project profitability, job costing, or percentage-of-completion accounting.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as strategic financial partner to ownership and leadership.
• Lead Accounting & Finance through an established Controller.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, financial reporting, and trend analysis.
• Provide greater visibility into project and job-level profitability.
• Oversee financial performance in a custom-costing and project-based environment.
• Support complex revenue recognition and percentage-of-completion accounting.
• Partner with outside accounting, tax, banking, insurance, and lending relationships.
• Provide financial guidance around capital investments and long-term planning.
• Support a major ERP and business systems transformation.
• Improve financial processes, reporting, controls, and overall business intelligence.
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, purchasing, facilities, and other business leaders.
• Develop and mentor the finance organization.
• Help leadership evaluate strategic initiatives, investments, and growth opportunities.
