Job summary

Stonegrove Roofing Partners is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic and operational financial leadership across the organization. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will oversee the company’s financial strategy, reporting, planning, controls, and overall financial performance.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative and business-minded leader who can operate effectively in a growing, multi-entity organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
• Significant progressive financial leadership experience.
• Experience as CFO or senior finance executive preferred.
• Experience with multi-location or multi-entity organizations.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and controls.
• Ability to translate financial data into strategic insights.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
• CPA, MBA, or equivalent advanced credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization’s overall financial strategy, planning, and performance.
• Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash management.
• Establish and maintain financial controls, policies, and processes.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to executives.
• Partner with leaders to evaluate performance and opportunities.
• Support strategic initiatives, integrations, and growth.
• Manage relationships with external financial and advisory partners.
• Develop and lead a high-performing finance team.
• Ensure compliance with financial, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide timely reporting to key stakeholders.
