Job summary

Freestone Property Group, in partnership with Greenbrook Partners, seeks a Chief Financial Officer to guide financial direction across property, fund, and corporate levels. You will lead finance, accounting and investor relations, shaping capital strategy and ensuring rigorous financial governance.

The role requires extensive leadership experience in a vertically integrated real estate platform, with tax planning at multiple levels and a track record of developing teams and succession plans.

Qualifications

• Significant progressive accounting and finance leadership experience in real estate investment management.
• Direct oversight of property-level, fund-level, and corporate-level accounting.
• Experience managing capital raising and investor relations with institutional partners.
• CPA required; Big 4 or national firm background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with short- and long-term goals.
• Oversee accounting across property, fund, and corporate levels; ensure GAAP compliance.
• Lead financial reporting, analysis, and investor communications.
