Job summary

Stonegrove Roofing Partners is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the organization’s financial strategy, reporting, planning and controls. As a senior member of the executive team, the CFO will partner closely with leaders to drive informed decisions, sustainable growth, and operational excellence across multiple entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or related field.
• Significant progressive financial leadership experience.
• CFO or senior finance executive experience preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-location, multi-entity, or growth-focused organization.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and internal controls.
• Ability to translate financial information into actionable business insights.
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills.
• CPA, MBA, or other relevant advanced credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization’s overall financial strategy, planning and performance.
• Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and cash management.
• Establish and maintain effective financial controls, policies and processes.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate performance and identify improvements.
• Support strategic initiatives, integrations, investments and growth.
• Manage relationships with external financial, banking, audit, tax and advisory partners.
• Develop and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team.
• Ensure compliance with financial, tax, reporting and regulatory requirements.
• Provide clear and timely reporting to key stakeholders.
