Job summary

All In One Accounting seeks a strategic CFO to own a book of client relationships and provide executive financial leadership to manufacturing clients. You will lead a team of Senior Controllers, Controllers, Senior Accountants, and Accountants, owning outcomes, metrics, and accountability with your Managing Director.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive financial leadership with construction industry experience.
• Experience in executive-level financial advisory and client relationship ownership.
• Deep expertise in construction finance including job cost accounting and WIP management.
• Strong communication with owners, lenders, and surety brokers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CFO services to your full book of nonprofit clients with strategic depth.
• Lead and develop your delivery team, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Grow client relationships and identify expansion opportunities within the book.
• Provide strategic oversight of bonding, cash flow, and project financing.
