Job summary

All In One Accounting seeks a Managing Director to own and lead Construction and Manufacturing practices as a combined business unit. You will oversee two CFO teams, own the practice-level P&L, and partner with Business Development to grow the client book while maintaining high client outcomes.

You will hire, develop, and retain talent across both practices, set quality standards, and drive partnerships with lenders, CPAs, and industry associations to expand service offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (CPA strongly preferred).
• 12–15+ years of progressive accounting/financial leadership experience, ideally in construction or manufacturing.
• Proven track record of LMA — leading, managing, and holding teams accountable to outcomes.
• Comfort operating across two industries simultaneously and learning sector nuances.
• Experience owning client portfolios and practice-level business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the full combined Practice P&L for Construction and Manufacturing, with revenue, costs, profitability, and budget accountability.
• Hire, develop, and retain talent across both practices; manage capacity and EOS commitments.
• Lead CFOs and client relationships; serve as escalation point for complex or at-risk situations.
• Define ideal client profiles and partner with BD to drive growth across both verticals.
• Drive strategic partnerships and external reputation within construction and manufacturing sectors.
