Job summary

All In One Accounting seeks a strategic Manufacturing CFO to own a book of client relationships and provide executive-level financial leadership to small and mid-sized manufacturers. The CFO is the sole owner of client relationships, accountable for realization, utilization, NPS, retention, and growth.

You will LMA a team of Senior Controllers, Controllers, Senior Accountants, and Accountants, reporting to the Managing Director.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• Experience in a multi-client or CAS environment preferred.
• Proven success in executive-level financial advisory and client relationship ownership.
• Deep expertise in service-based financial modeling, utilization and realization metrics, billing structures, and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationships and accountability for realization, utilization, NPS, retention, and growth.
• Lead and develop the delivery team with LMA accountability and clear performance metrics.
• Deliver accurate and timely financials on budget for each client and drive strategic plans.
• Lead financial modeling for pricing, capacity planning, and growth scenarios; advise on equity compensation.
• Support M&A diligence, deal structuring, and integration planning.
• Build strong relationships with bankers, investors, CPAs, and external partners.
