The position offers a full-time schedule with weekend season hours and potential overtime, plus commission and benefits. A company phone and laptop are provided to support field and office work.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years sales experience.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Willing to travel to customer locations and job sites.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook; basic social media.
• Comfort with administrative tasks including accounts receivable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of STAR Sanitation products and services.
• Develop new customer base in Central Valley (Merced to Stockton).
• Respond to estimates promptly and professionally.
• Assist with marketing strategy to drive brand exposure and revenue.
• Oversee a team of support and service drivers to meet customer expectations.
• Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Be willing to travel to customer locations and job sites.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email.
• Work in an office and perform admin tasks such as accounts receivable.
• Perform other projects and tasks as assigned by management.
